Refund Policy

At SilkWears, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Intimate apparel and undergarments (for hygiene reasons).
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at sales@silkwears.pk or through WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24-48 hours.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account. You will need to provide your bank details.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
- Return shipping for defective items will be covered by SilkWears.
7. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank account again, then contact your bank. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at sales@silkwears.pk.
